Ajay (Siddharth) returns to India leaving his doctor profession in the US after he is diagnosed by a terminally ill disease. He wants to spend his last 180 days of his life in a joyful and happy and in the process meets Vidya (Nitya Menen), a journalist.
Vidya develops feelings towards Ajay as the two work for the cause of street kids and manages to get huge corporate funds for the welfare society. Ajay's tenants, an old couple, also gets close to him and develops a bond with him. However, one day, all of a sudden, he vacates his housing portion stating that his project in the city is over and that he is relocated. Vidya comes to his house to express her feelings but when she gets to know Ajay has just left, she goes to the bus stand and later follows the bus Ajay is traveling. She meets an accident and it so happens that she is to be urgently operated for the spine. Ajay, being a qualified doctor steps in.
Vidya was told to help him in taking him to the US for the treatment and in the process gets to know that Ajay is already married to Renu (Priya Anand) and that he is having cancer.
